I have been out of service since the purchase on 1/20/2023 (Samsung A14 $40 month plan). Talked to metro support 10 times now with multiple high priority ticket opened. Talked to Samsung support, and the phone hardware is working ok, but metro programming is not fully working. Metro acknowledged they had some info mismatch issue in their system.

I've got the correct apn settings and an unlocked Samsung Galaxy s21 and my plan included 10gb of hotspot and metro customer service just reset my data on their end and I reset network settings too.
