First install ReShade pointing to the Guild Wars 2 folder as "DirectX 11 / dx11", it will create a "dxgi.dll" inside the folder. Create a folder called reshade under: "Guild Wars 2/addons/reshade" (If the addons folder doesn't exists yet, also create that one)
