Hydroid rework
Don't forget to rework is "passive". Hydroid is my most played frame (and I am well over 1000 hours) and his passive gives me fucking conniptions. How about a 20% chance for any projectile to pass through him like he is liquid? That would be pretty sick. My only complaint with your suggestions is that his current 1 is actually pretty decent.
Hydroid summons tentacles that suspend enemies in place and pulls them to a target point (yes standard grouping ability.) Hydroid heals for all enemies held, or killed while held by tentacles. Enemies held are health per second. Enemies killed grants a flat instant heal.

Hydroid has a nice, broad niche as a tanky armor stripper now. His 1 no longer interferes with your gameplay, his 2 is basically Rolling Guard without a mod slot, his 3 is a nice damage buff that makes all enemy armor a non-issue and adds player armor at a good rate, and his 4 no longer makes enemies impossible to shoot. Using Hydroids 4 with Torid Incarnon is also good synergy. Amprex: Amprex has electric chaining built in. If you mod for Electric + Gas (took me a bit. With his rework, Hydroid is at least somewhat tanky now, and wont die to a single random bullet until you get to absurd levels.
